These Terms & Conditions apply to all stationery products, printed materials, and design services provided by Business 3000.
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Products & Services

Business 3000 provides:
• Office stationery
• Printed stationery
• Business card design
• Logo design
• Digital artwork and templates.

 

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before production or delivery.
• Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

 

4. Design Approvals

• You will receive a draft or proof before finalisation.
• Once approved, the design is considered final.
• Errors approved by you (spelling, colours, layout) are your responsibility.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

5. Digital Products

• Digital files are delivered electronically.
• Digital products are non‑refundable once delivered.
• You receive a licence to use the design for your business.
• Business 3000 retains ownership unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Stationery Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.
• Non‑custom stationery may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs and artwork remain the property of Business 3000 unless transferred in writing.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our designs.

 

9. Free Logo Design Service – Copyright Ownership

When using our free logo creation service:

• The logo design remains the copyright of Business 3000 for 3 years from the date it is supplied.
• During this period, you receive a non‑exclusive licence to use the logo for your business.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the logo during this period.
• After 3 years, full ownership may be transferred upon request, subject to a transfer fee.
• Immediate full ownership is available through a paid upgrade.

 

10. Website Use

• You must not misuse the Business 3000 website or attempt unauthorised access.
• All website content is protected by copyright.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

• Business 3000 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

 

12. Privacy & Data

• We only collect information necessary to process your order.
• We do not sell or share your data except where required to fulfil your order.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
