TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Booking & Payment

• £50 non‑refundable deposit required to secure your booking
• Booking form must be completed and returned
• Remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery
• Booking is only confirmed once deposit and form are received
• Bank details will be sent once the form has been approved

2. Identification Requirement

• Valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) must be provided
• A clear photo or photocopy of the ID must be uploaded with the booking form
• The name on the ID must match the booking form
• Bookings cannot be approved without valid uploaded ID

3. Cleaning

• Business 3000 will take care of all cleaning
• No liquid should be left in the tanks when collected

4. Damage & Cancellations

• Any loss or damage may incur charges
• If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you must pay 50% of the hire charges and the £50 deposit is non‑refundable
• If incorrect details are provided, access refused, or hirer not present, the booking is non‑refundable

5. Liability & Responsibility

• The hirer is fully responsible for safe use and operation
• Business 3000 accepts no liability for injury, accidents, electrical faults, or damage caused by misuse
• The machine must not be moved once delivered
• Keep the machine away from children, pets, intoxicated individuals
• Not liable for unsuitable venue conditions (power, surfaces, temperature, outdoor setups)
• No refunds for misuse or incorrect power supply
• Hirer covers repair costs for

6. Loss, Theft & Replacement Liability

• Hirer is responsible for the machine from delivery to collection
• If lost, stolen, or removed, the hirer is fully liable for the replacement cost
• Business 3000 accepts no responsibility for loss or theft
• Replacement cost must be repaid within 7 days
• A police report must be filed for theft
• Failure to repay may result in civil recovery

7. Usage Requirements

• Outdoor events must have proper cover
• A suitable power source is required
• The machine must be operated responsibly
• The machine must only be operated by an adult aged 18+
• Children must not operate or touch the machine

8. Freezing Time & Syrup Rules

• Machine takes 45–60 minutes to freeze depending on the environment
• Only syrups supplied by Business 3000 may be used
• Adding unapproved liquids may damage the machine and incur repair charges

9. Alcohol Exception

• Alcohol can be added to the machine
• Alcohol containing aniseed or liquorice flavours is strictly forbidden
• These flavours stain the tanks
• You will be charged for damages if used
